Movie Plot: Miami-area high school guidance counselor Sam Lombardo has been accused of raping two female students, rich and popular Kyle Van Ryan and poorly outdated Suzy Toler. He hired attorney Kenneth Boden for the defense. In the trial, the girls lied to Sam for revenge: Suzy failed to get out of jail on minor drug charges for him and Kelly had a relationship with her mother. Sam and Kenneth signed a $8.5 million deal for defamation. It turns out that Sam and two girls were partners who used the test to get money from Kelly’s wealthy family.
Police Detective Ray Ducwaitis suspects that the three are involved in a scam. Against the wishes of the district attorney’s office, he continues investigating Sam. He tells Kelly and Suzy that Sam has already transferred money to an off-shore account. Suji goes to Kelly in panic, which comforts her. Kelly, however, calls Sam and tells him that he may have to get rid of Seujing. In the pool, Suzy attacked Kelly. They fight, but finally end the kiss by looking at Ray. A few nights later, on the beach, Sam killed Suzy while Kelly waited nearby. They go to the swamp where Sam disposes of the plastic-wrapped body.
